The problem
A client advisor needs to respond with warmth and relevance, while keeping product facts and brand boundaries intact. The goal is useful choice: three different ways to communicate the same intention, rather than three paraphrases.
The input contract
A request combines client information, the current scenario or communication need, optional relevant conversation history, and product or event information where appropriate. Missing facts stay missing. The interface is in English; the advisor drafts are written in Chinese for WeChat.
The output contract
Each successful result contains exactly three drafts. They should differ in emphasis or conversational approach, stay grounded in the same supplied facts, and leave the advisor in charge of what to send. If generation or checks fail, the tool must explain the failure instead of inventing a fallback message.
What counts as good
A useful draft answers the current task, sounds like a one-to-one conversation, respects refusals, and avoids invented claims. Good requires all seven rubric dimensions to score at least four, with no hard failure. A hard failure or any dimension at two or below is not acceptable.
Six required moments
- Birthday and festive greetings
- Product recommendation
- Post-purchase care
- Reactivation
- Event invitation
- Price objection
The development record
The work log is retrospective. Steps without reliable dates are not given invented timestamps. Screenshots will be added separately by the submitter.
